Wellness is the quality or state of being healthy in body & mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort. TIME FOR ENERGY- this is a carefully selected blend of peppermint, grapefruit and lime pure essential oils that will help to energise and invigorate. If you find it hard to get out of bed in the morning, or throughout the day you feel your energy just disappears, this is the blend for you. This blend can invigorate your senses, helping you feel refreshed, energised and revitalised, helping you back on your feet when you feel depleted.
